
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the item for a refund. If 30 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
You are eligible for a return providing the item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
Gift cards are final sale and returns are not accepted.
All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund.
How to Return
Please contact us at hello@wildaswim.com for exchanges and returns. We will arrange return postage of your item and process a refund after receiving and checking the item.
Place your item you are returning in the original packaging it was delivered in and add a note with your name, email address and order number.
We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receipt and will notify you via email when we have received and processed your return. Refunds exclude all delivery costs and return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item please email hello@wildaswim.com with your request.
Faulty items
Every item is carefully inspected and packaged before sending it to you. In the unlikely case you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get this sorted for you.
